Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to HalwaniPro, a digital platform for sweet shops, cake shops and bakeries. By using the platform you agree to these Terms.

2. Service

HalwaniPro gives merchants tools to publish a multi-language digital menu, manage products, branches and extras, generate a QR code, and receive customer orders on each branch's WhatsApp number. HalwaniPro does not process payments between the merchant and the merchant's own customers.

3. Free trial & billing

• Every new merchant gets a 7-day free trial with full access to all features.
• No charge is taken during the 7 trial days.
• Paid subscription begins automatically on day 8 unless the account is cancelled first.
• Flat price: $35/month, unlimited branches included.
• Billing recurs automatically each month on the same day.

4. Cancellation

Merchants can cancel at any time from account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not refund the current paid period. Service remains active until the end of the paid period.

5. Acceptable use

The merchant is solely responsible for the products, prices, descriptions and images published in their menu, and for compliance with local laws applicable to their goods.

6. Intellectual property

Platform code, design and the "HalwaniPro" brand belong to HalwaniPro. Merchant content (shop name, logo, product images, text) remains the merchant's property; we only host it to provide the service.

7. Service availability

We work to keep the service stable but do not commit to a guaranteed SLA at this stage. Brief maintenance windows may occur.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". HalwaniPro is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, disputes between merchants and their customers, or the accuracy of data the merchant enters. Our maximum aggregate liability is capped at one month's subscription fee.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or inside the admin dashboard before they take effect.
