This policy is intentionally short, clear and fair to every merchant.
During the first 7 days you can publish your menu, add products, and use the entire platform at no cost. No amount is charged to your payment method during this period, and you can cancel at any point before the end of day 7 with zero financial obligation.
Because merchants receive a full 7-day evaluation period before any payment is taken, all payments made from day 8 onward are final and non-refundable — whether or not the platform is actively used during the paid month. The free trial exists specifically so that refunds after billing are not needed.
You can cancel any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops all future renewals but does not refund the current paid period. Service remains active until the end of that paid period, then automatically stops.
If a technical fault on our side prevents the service from operating for an extended time, contact us directly and we will handle the case fairly. Such cases are handled individually and are not part of a general refund policy.
