Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

HalwaniPro provides digital menu tools to merchants. This policy describes what data we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.

2. Data we collect

From merchants: email, hashed password, shop name, logo, branch addresses, per-branch WhatsApp numbers, menu configuration.

From the merchant's own end-customers at checkout: name, phone number, delivery address (if delivery is chosen), and order details. This information is relayed directly to the merchant's WhatsApp number and is not used for HalwaniPro's own marketing.

Technical data: basic access logs for security and operations.

3. How we use data

• Operate the digital menu and admin dashboard.
• Route customer orders to the correct branch WhatsApp number.
• Communicate with the merchant about their account, subscription and support.
• Protect the platform against abuse.

4. What we don't do

We do not sell merchant or end-customer data to third parties. We do not use end-customer order data for our own marketing. We do not send promotional messages to the merchant's end-customers under our brand.

5. Sub-processors

We use Lovable Cloud (built on Supabase infrastructure) to host our database and file storage (product and logo images). Data processing is covered by appropriate data processing agreements.

6. Cookies & local storage

We use browser local storage to remember cart state, selected language and the sign-in session. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

7. Retention

Merchant account data is retained while the account is active. On deletion we remove data within a reasonable timeframe, except records we must keep for legal or accounting purposes (e.g. invoices).

8. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data by emailing support@halwanipro.com.

9. Updates

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes.
